After graduating from the University of New Hampshire magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and English, I moved to Washington, DC to work for Merrill Lynch in the Private Client Group.
In 2000, I left Merrill Lynch to travel the world for a year before moving back to Maine to work for Fairchild Semiconductor where I assisted in the management of software upgrades. During this time, I began a masters program at Tufts University in Medford, MA. In 2005, I left Fairchild to pursue my entrepreneurial spirit in real estate and opened Apex Luxury Rentals.
I am the Designated Broker at Apex Real Estate Group, a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, and a member of the Portland Landlord Association. I enjoy working with investors who are focused on acquiring property based on rational investment returns and provide the property management after the sale which is the real key to successful and responsible property ownership.
I live in Falmouth and travel often to Naples, Florida. Both personally and professionally I support numerous local charities including the Alzheimer’s Association, Winter Kids, Seeds of Independence, and the Falmouth Food Pantry.
In my free time I enjoy paddle boarding, Orange Theory Fitness, and reading. I am an avid collector of art, especially art by local Maine artists.

I grew up in Falmouth. I graduated from Falmouth High School and attended The Leysin American School in Switzerland. I attended the University of San Diego. I began working for the family business, Union Oil Company, where I was in charge of business development and customer service. I spent 17 years working beside my father to build Union Oil into a well respected company that was ultimately sold to Dead River Company.
That decision allowed me to focus on establishing a real estate holding company that owns commercial properties and operating businesses in Southern Maine. I currently live in Falmouth with my family. Both personally and professionally I support numerous local charities including Falmouth Boosters and all the local sports teams, United Way, Camp Sunshine, Winter Kids, and the Falmouth Food Pantry.

After 25+ years in the Insurance Industry I decided to leave Unum to pursue a long time interest in Real Estate. I have a passion for matching people to homes and living spaces that will become their sanctuary and reflect their personal style and personality. I also enjoy working with clients to achieve their real estate specific life and financial goals.
I am a Real Estate Agent and Operations Manager at Apex Real Estate Group, a member of the Portland Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, my two rescue dogs, reading, scooting, decorating/shopping, taking advantage of Portland's dining scene and enjoying Maine's coast for all 4 seasons.
I am thrilled to be at Apex and serving in this community and I look forward to working with you.

I moved to Maine in 2017 after a 25+ year career in real estate on the Philadelphia Main Line. I lived and raised my two children in the town of Bryn Mawr. I’ve spent the last several years getting to know Coastal Maine and the Greater Portland area while continuing to study the real estate industry, and I am delighted now to be working with the Apex Luxury Real Estate Group.
My professional activities included service to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors as Co-Chair of the Grievance Committee and as a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Main Line Suburban West Realtors Association, and as a member of the Real Estate Buyers Council.
My professional designations include Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), e-PRO, eCertified, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Prior to my real estate career, I earned a Master’s Degree in Education and taught first grade in inner city Philadelphia for ten years.
Whether in Maine or Philadelphia, I have practiced real estate by representing my clients interests with loyalty, honesty, integrity, hard work and personal service, and this has led to a long list of happy clients.
I am a longstanding member of the National Association of Realtors and now proud to be a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors.
