Living and dining area both offer 16' slider doors leading to spacious outdoor deck with sophisticated stainless steel railings and glass panels designed by Rusted Puffin Metalworks. The deck offers a wonderful area to enjoy the commanding views of Casco Bay, catch some rays, grill on the family sized gas grill, and plenty of seating for a meal or a glass of wine with friends.  Deck seating includes dining table with seating for 8, adirondak chairs and chaise lounge chairs.  Sonos speakers throughout allow for your choice of music while enjoying the view.

Lower Level Bedroom 1 which is considered the lower level master suite offers a king bed with high quality linens along with a direct waterfront view, custom closet system, and a 40" flat panel TV.   This bedroom has it's own bathroom with custom tile shower. 

Lower Level Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with high quality linens along with a direct waterfront view, custom closet system for comfortable storage. 

Lower Level Bedroom 3 offers 2 queen beds with high quality linens as well as a custom closet system and 40" flat panel TV.

Lower Level Bedroom 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom complete with walk in custom shower, double vanity, and washer dryer.

The Guest House next door offering accommodations for 4 may also be rented.
