Welcome to 7 Mason Street, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with ocean views. This new addition to our extended stay portfolio is ideal for relocating professionals or for a small family wanting to experience several months in Maine. Living here places you within ten minutes to Portland and two miles to Falmouth Village’s shops, restaurants and amenities. These Falmouth Foreside neighborhoods are prized for cycling and strolls; the nature preserve and trails of Mackworth Island are nearby. 

Kitchen/Living 

We choose homes where the kitchen is meant to be used. Since Maine is famed for seafood, produce and other delights, we want to ensure your meal creations are top notch. This kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas range, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishwasher. The hardwood floors contrast nicely with the sage green cabinets and white granite countertops. This kitchen allows in so much natural light and fresh air due to several windows over the counter. 

For dining, there is a gorgeous reclaimed wood dining table with seating for eight; it is easy to picture holiday gatherings and family meals aplenty. (Or it may become your home office…)

The sun-dappled living room will become your favorite room for lounging on the couch, catching up on emails or binging movies during a snow day. There is a gas fireplace and large flat-panel TV along with room darkening curtains. French doors lead onto the front porch beckoning you to relax on the blue Adirondack chairs and smell the ocean-air at twilight.   There is a sweet little WC tucked under the stairs off of the kitchen. 

Bed & Bath (Note: All bedrooms are located on the second level; the smaller bedrooms share a full bathroom)

Primary Suite The spacious primary bedroom faces the ocean and offers a small porch with a bistro table and chairs that is perfect for welcoming in the morning sun. Carpeted in a creamy wall-to-wall rug, this room has a king sized bed, TV, and several windows for natural light and fresh air. There is even a cushioned window seat for reading. For clothing storage, there are two bureaus and a closet with organizing racks. The ensuite bath has a vanity area with two sinks and mirrored medicine cabinets, under counter storage and a beautifully tiled stand-up shower. The primary suite has a heat pump for temperature control. 

Bedroom 2 The coastal pastels of this queen-sized bedroom are very inviting. Rattan and linen accents embrace the seaside neighborhood’s serenity. There is a closet and bureau, windows for natural light plus a heat pump for temperature control. 

Bedroom 3 Embracing the nautical energy of the location, this bedroom has two twin beds with blue and white striped duvets and a whimsical octopus painting. This room is perfect for guests or children. 

The full bathroom shared by the guest bedrooms has newly tiled floors, a large shower and luscious towels for your use. 

The large tiled second floor laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, along with a counter, sink and storage. 

Outdoor Living Space 

Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the front porch as the sun moves over Casco Bay. Landscaped with native blooms, the cozy courtyard area has a four-seat dining table and grill for al fresco meals. It is about a five minute walk to the public beaches at Town Landing or head up to the iconic Town Landing Market for speciality provisions, wine and deli. 

Parking 

There is a driveway for two cars and use of the attached garage can be discussed.
